                 GK LEVEL TWO 
  
  • This course has been designed to
  refine the students' technical skills 
  and enhance their tactical knowledge. 
  • Keepers will train using the GK ONE 
  methods and will develop decision-
  making skills by playing in game-like 
  situations. 
  • Here we focus on mastering the 
  physical and psychological skills 
  necessary to reach the next level. 
  • The program will address the key 
  factors of angle-play and positioning. 
  • Each student will develop a better 
  understanding of how to read the 
  game, anticipate and react to the 
  situations as they develop. 
  • Every keeper is different. We 
  recognize this and will help you to
  develop your personal style while
  working with the best coach of all
  - the game. 
  • This program will also address set 
  pieces and how to organize them 
  and the keeper's role within the 
  team.

                GK LEVEL THREE 
 
  • For the keeper just starting out or 
  for the keeper looking to refine their 
  technical skills. 
  • This program introduces the 
  fundamentals of goalkeeping and
  provides each keeper with the basic
  understanding of the position 
  • This course will address the 
  components of the game, both 
  physical and psychological, and how 
  they apply to the position. 
  • Each keeper will come away with a 
  better understanding of the technical 
  and tactical aspects of the game at 
  the youth level. 
  • The goal of this program is to give 
  each goalkeeper many repetitions, in 
  a realistic setting, to refine and 
  develop their goalkeeping skills. 
  • Technical training in a game 
  realistic setting. 
  • The GK ONE staff will guide each 
  student throughout each step of the
  program and will ensure that each
  student gets the quality instruction 
  needed at this level.
